Two decades of technology experience, applied where it counts.
Our Story
Androtik LLC was founded in 2002 at a time when enterprise IT consulting meant expensive firms with long engagement cycles and limited accountability. We set out to do it differently: deliver honest assessments, build practical solutions, and stay accountable to results.
Over more than two decades, we've worked through the full arc of enterprise technology — from on-premises infrastructure to cloud migration, from monolithic applications to microservices, and now to the AI systems that are reshaping how businesses operate.
That history isn't just experience on a resume. It means we've seen what works, what fails, and why — and we bring that perspective to every client engagement.
Today, Androtik operates as a focused boutique consultancy, working with a select number of clients at a time to ensure depth of engagement and quality of output. We don't take on more than we can do well.
Timeline
Founded. Initial focus on network infrastructure and Windows Server environments for small-to-mid-size businesses.
Expanded into enterprise architecture and systems integration as client complexity grew.
Early cloud adoption work — migrating clients to AWS and Azure before it became mainstream.
DevOps and CI/CD practice formalized. Container-based deployments and infrastructure-as-code become core offerings.
AI Systems practice launched, helping clients move beyond pilots to production LLM deployments.
Androtik LLC formalized. androtik.com launched as the public face of the practice.
Leadership
Androtik is led by practitioners who do the work, not managers who delegate it.
Phillip has been working in enterprise IT since 2002, with deep hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI systems. He founded Androtik LLC to deliver the kind of practical, accountable technology consulting that larger firms too rarely provide.
He works directly on every engagement — clients get a seasoned principal, not a junior consultant supervised from afar.
Based in Niagara Falls, NY, serving clients across North America.
How We Work
We measure success by the outcomes we deliver, not hours logged. Engagements are scoped to accomplish specific goals, with clear deliverables and accountability.
We tell you what we actually see, not what's easiest to hear. If your current stack is fine, we'll say so. If something needs to change, we'll explain why with specifics.
The best solution is one that gets implemented and maintained. We favor approaches that your team can own and evolve — not architectures that require us to stay forever.
We document what we build and train your team on what they need to know. The goal is to leave you stronger, not dependent on external consultants for every change.
We're not resellers, channel partners, or referral fee recipients. We evaluate tools and platforms on technical merit and fit — and we tell you what we recommend and why.
Security considerations are built into everything we design, not bolted on afterward. We treat secure-by-default as a baseline, not a premium feature.
